About the Opportunity

Exhale RV Resort is a one-of-a-kind luxury RV campground with 120 sites located in the heart of the Piney Woods of East Texas. With two resort pools including cabanas and a swim up bar, luxurious clubhouse with bar and lounge, workout facilities, and pickleballs courts, Exhale will be the premier RV camping experience in Texas. We are looking for an experienced RV Resort Manager that can help create exceptional guest experiences, strong operational standards, and professional hospitality leadership that generates long-term growth and an established reputation for the best guest experience in the industry.

This role requires a proven RV park or RV resort professional with experience creating and implementing operational process, establishing work standards, building guest experiences, and demonstrating employee leadership success (including hiring.) Past experience must also include proven ability to create memorable guest experiences through operational rigor. This individual will be part of the core leadership team alongside the owner group with responsibility for weekly reporting.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage all daily resort operations including reservations, guest arrivals/departures, and site assignments
  • Manage 3 full-time employees and up to 10 seasonal employees during peak season.
  • Deliver a premium-level guest experience and maintain upscale hospitality standards
  • Lead, schedule, train, and supervise resort staff
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall property presentation
  • Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance coordination
  • Manage guest relations and resolve concerns professionally
  • Monitor operational performance, expenses, and revenue goals
  • Support marketing initiatives and online reputation management
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of management or supervisory experience in hospitality, property management, or resort operations
  • Required: Previous experience working in an RV park, RV resort, or campground environment
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience with reservation systems or property management software preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
