Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of apartments and AirBNB homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces
• Prepare units by making beds, laundering linens, and ensuring all amenities are stocked and functional
• Conduct floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning, waxing, buffing, and maintaining tile or hardwood floors to pristine condition
• Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disposing of trash and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens with attention to detail
• Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness by using janitorial supplies efficiently and following proper cleaning procedures
• Assist with light cooking or food prep if required for guest amenities or special events in the properties

Experience

• Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services preferred; hotel housekeeping experience highly valued
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment such as carpet extractors and floor buffers
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols to ensure health standards are consistently met
• Experience with laundry operations including proper handling of linens and delicate fabrics
• Customer service skills to communicate effectively with property managers, guests, or residents
• Background in custodial work or housekeeper management is a plus
• Ability to work independently with a keen eye for detail while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment
