Member Services Representative

Job Summary

Looking to start ASAP. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Member Services Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to our members, ensuring a positive experience at our gym. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the gym, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle cashier duties including cash handling, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
• Provide tours to demonstrate and educate customers about the gym and what we have to offer.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Be able to answer the phone and respond to messages in a professional manner

Requirements

• Open availability (morning and/or evening shifts Monday-Saturday)
• Previous experience in customer service or gym sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Experience with paying attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
