The ideal candidate embodies our client’s core values and ways of working:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>A strong desire to solve real-world customer challenges</p></li><li><p>Approaches challenges with curiosity, energy, and a spirit of excited discovery</p></li><li><p>Team player that can work remotely alongside various functions to find meaningful solutions</p></li><li><p>Takes pride in delivery excellence with a drive for continuous learning</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Execute outbound prospecting against strategic target accounts</p></li><li><p>Multi-channel outreach: email sequences, LinkedIn, and cold calls</p></li><li><p>Book qualified intro meetings for your AE partner</p></li><li><p>Research accounts, identify key personas, and craft personalized messaging</p></li><li><p>Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and activity logging</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><p>2-4 years of outbound SDR/BDR experience (enterprise or industrial preferred)</p></li><li><p>Comfortable picking up the phone; cold calling is part of the job</p></li><li><p>Experience with long sales cycles (6-18 months) and complex buying committees</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with tools like Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and CRM systems</p></li><li><p>Self-starter who thrives in a remote, autonomous environment</p></li><li><p>Bonus: Background in Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Industrial software</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li><p>Base salary: $70,000 to $90,000 - (DOE)</p></li><li><p>Variable compensation: 30% of base salary</p></li><li><p>Health, Dental, Vision</p></li><li><p>Fully remote - work from anywhere in the US (except for Colorado) or Canada</p></li><li><p>Path for growth as we scale</p></li></ul>
