NIGHT TIME CASHIER

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Cashier to join our team. MUST HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA and can work Friday Saturday and Sundays. The ideal candidate will handle transactions with customers, scan goods, and ensure pricing is accurate. You will provide excellent customer service, resolve complaints, and guide customers through the payment process.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and receive payments from customers
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
• Redeem stamps and coupons
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
• Keep reports of transactions

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Knowledge of electronic sales systems and cash registers
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
• Basic math skills
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
