The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, training and managing kitchen staff, inventory management, and maintaining preparation standards. Responsibilities also include ensuring food quality and safety, managing food costs, and collaborating with the management team to create a memorable dining experience for guests.QualificationsStrong culinary skills, including menu development, food preparation, and platingLeadership skills, with experience managing and training kitchen staffInventory management and ability to manage food costs effectivelyUnderstanding of food safety regulations and standardsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a team and ensure smooth kitchen operationsExperience in high‑volume kitchens or restaurants is a plusCulinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
