Compensation: Up to $120,000/year + bonus eligibility (Dependent on experience)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Nurse Recruiter (School Staffing) in New York, NY to support high-volume school healthcare staffing across NYC. This agency-side recruiting role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing Registered Nurses (RNs) for school nursing and student health assignments across NYC schools. You will leverage Bullhorn ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards to build healthcare talent pipelines and manage fast-moving school staffing needs.

Responsibilities as the Nurse Recruiter (School Staffing):

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and place Registered Nurses (RNs) for school-based healthcare assignments across NYC.
  • High-Volume Staffing: Manage multiple active nursing requisitions in a fast-paced school staffing environment.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Recruit nurses through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, healthcare networks, and staffing pipelines.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain pipelines of qualified Registered Nurses for ongoing and immediate placement needs.
  • Compliance & Coordination: Support onboarding, credential verification, RN license validation, and placement coordination with internal teams and school contacts.
Qualifications for the Nurse Recruiter (School Staffing):
  • Experience: 2+ years of agency staffing experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) for school-based, pediatric, healthcare, or student support environments is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrates understanding of school healthcare staffing, nursing credentialing, compliance requirements, and high-volume healthcare recruiting workflows.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using Bullhorn ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards for healthcare candidate sourcing and pipeline management is required.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage high candidate volume in a fast-paced staffing environment.
