Overview

Churchill Forge is hiring a Property Manager for Magnolia Place Apartments. This 96-unit community, consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just off of hwy. 17A in Summerville, SC. We are looking for a seasoned Property Manager to maintain the high standards established in our long-term ownership of this multifamily community. Manager is not required to live on-site, but an employee rent discount is available if you chose to do so.

Duties

  • Maintain exceptional occupancy and rent collections.

  • Office hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Mon-Fri.

  • Part-time leasing agent works 24 hours Mon, Wed, Fri and 4 hours Sat.

  • Supervise maintenance technician and part-time leasing agent.

  • Supervise contractors, and vendors to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance.

  • Utilize established computer programs for screening applicants, resident renewals, processing bills, assigning work request, and other day to day tasks.

  • Manage projects related to upgrades or renovations, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing timely completion of work.

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience.

  • PMIC license required in SC.

Pay: $50,500.32 - $60,817.59 per year
