Position Summary As an Oyster Shucker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently shucking and grilling of oysters for guests. If you are a proactive team player with a strong work ethic, is detail-oriented, and have a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you! Duties and responsibilities include:
Clean & prepare shellfish for serving to customers.
consistently follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
Rotates oysters daily, oldest on top, proper rotation of tag storage and marking
Provide fast, accurate shucking of oysters
Restock all items through each shift
Provide assistance to kitchen manager and kitchen staff with food preparation
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored and safely used
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1-year oyster shucking experience preferred
Excellent customer service and people skills required
Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.
