<p><b>Furry Fellas is Hiring for a Part Time Client Care Coordinator</b></p><p><b>Work From Home: Must be located in RI, MA. Will consider FL. </b></p><p>Ideal candidate is able to excel in a busy fast paced remote office setting and has a quiet space to work without distractions.<br> </p><p>Furry Fellas Pet Service LLC currently has an opening for a <b>Part Time Work from Home Client Care Coordinator</b></p><p>Shifts would vary by the week and the schedule goes out a month at a time so you can plan ahead.<br>ideal candidate would be flexible to work day shifts, evening shifts as well as every other weekend </p><p>The hours range from 9-1pm/9-2pm, 1:30-6pm/2:30-6pm & 6-9pm/7-9pm </p><p>Every other Weekend Required (Sat/Sun).</p><p>Will require occasional holiday check-ins which includes splitting up all holidays including Christmas among all CCCs. Check ins are flexible and can be done anywhere with an internet / phone connection to monitor for client & staff emergencies.<br>Opportunity for growth into full time as well as advancement in the company for the right individual.</p><p></p><p><u>Duties:</u></p><p>-Scheduling reservations and arranging pet care coverage </p><p>-Answering clients & staff questions via email & phone</p><p>-Keeping client management system and cloud drive docs up to date at all times </p><p>-Sending invoices</p><p>-Entering in credit / debit / PayPal payments<br><br>-Keeping inbox up to date <br><br>-Keeping things organized, detailed and up to date at all times.</p><p></p><p><u>Compensation:</u></p><p>-$16+ per hour based on experience, flexibility and testing results.</p><p>NOTE:Training rate is $15/hour. Once able to work on your own efficiently, rate increases gradually according to capabilities/performance.</p><p>-Yearly pay increases</p><p>-Continuing Education & Certificate programs</p><p>-Birthday/ Holiday & Referral Bonuses</p><p></p><p><u>Qualifications:</u></p><p>-At least 6mos-1 year prior experience working or volunteering with animals preferred</p><p>-Bachelor's Degree preferred / Associate will be considered</p><p>-STRONG verbal and written communication skills</p><p>-Extremely reliable</p><p>-Ability to work well independently, prioritize, strong attention to detail & organizational skills necessary<br><br>-Ability to pick up things quickly</p><p>-Cellphone (android or iPhone)</p><p>-Up to date Laptop & high speed internet</p><p>-A quiet place in your home where you can work without disruptions (home office).</p><p>-Android cell phone or iphone for logging into our phone system via App and texting manager</p><p>-Prior experience working in a busy office setting / receptionist / admin assistant / pet reservation coordinator</p><p>*Veterinary Receptionists and Pet Reservation Specialists are encouraged to apply*</p><p></p><p>Work from home opportunity.
