The ideal candidate will provide operational and technical support, assist with system configuration and troubleshooting, and help ensure the continued effectiveness of Lynx-related processes and programs</p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Provide ongoing Lynx system support and user assistance.</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution activities.</li> <li>Assist with system updates, configurations, and process improvements.</li> <li>Support customer and stakeholder requests in a timely manner.</li> <li>Participate in meetings, training events, and occasional travel as needed.</li> </ul> <h2>What You Bring</h2> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience working with the Lynx system/platform.</li> <li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.</li> <li>Must be a U.S. Citizen.</li> <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a CAC (Common Access Card).</li> <li>Willingness and ability to travel periodically as required.</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a part-time support capacity.</li> </ul> <h2>What We Offer</h2> <p><strong>Hourly Rate:</strong> $50.00–$75.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a flexible virtual part-time opportunity for an experienced Lynx professional seeking to support mission-critical operations.</p> <p> </p> <p>#IND1</p>
