color: black; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Use professional communication etiquette and listening skills to assist and build rapport with callers.</span></li><li style="background-color: white; line-height: normal;"><span style="color: black; font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Build a safe and trustworthy environment for callers by utilizing both scripted and non-scripted communication methods.</span></li><li style="background-color: white; line-height: normal;"><span style="color: black; font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied callers offering assistance and support.</span></li><li style="background-color: white; line-height: normal;"><span style="color: black; font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Utilize and maneuver between different software systems.</span></li><li style="background-color: white; color: black; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: " times="" new="" roman",="" serif;"="">Assist with maintaining accurate and up to date information in all documentation systems.</span></li><li style="background-color: white;
