Responsibilities:
Assist Plumbers: Work alongside experienced plumbers to assist in various plumbing tasks, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Tool Maintenance: Ensure that tools and equipment are properly maintained, organized, and ready for use.
Material Preparation: Assist in gathering and preparing materials needed for plumbing projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Site Cleanup: Keep work areas clean and organized, disposing of waste materials in a responsible manner.
Learning and Development: Actively participate in training programs to enhance plumbing knowledge and skills, with the goal of advancing to a higher-level position.
Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with clients and provide exceptional customer service, addressing their concerns and questions.
Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications:
Enthusiasm to Learn: Prior plumbing experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow within the plumbing industry is essential.
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in tight spaces.
Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with a commitment to completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take direction from experienced plumbers.
Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required as well as transportation to the shop.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
