Cardin McCoy is a growing kids’ apparel brand focused on graphic tees, apparel, and custom screen printing. We design, print, pack, and ship products from our facility in Brunswick, Georgia.
We are looking for a hands-on Print & Fulfillment Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our screen printing, packaging, inventory, and shipping facility.
Position Summary The Print & Fulfillment Operations Manager is responsible for making sure orders are printed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This person will manage the daily workflow of the facility, supervise team members, track production goals, improve processes, and help create a clean, organized, efficient operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role. The right person should be comfortable managing people, solving problems, working on the floor, and holding the team accountable to daily goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for screen printing, packaging, inventory, and shipping
- Build and maintain the daily production schedule
- Make sure print jobs and customer orders are completed on time
- Supervise production, warehouse, packing, and shipping team members
- Track daily output, labor productivity, errors, and order status
- Maintain accurate inventory of blank shirts, finished goods, supplies, and packaging materials
- Improve workflow between receiving, printing, packing, and shipping
- Monitor quality control and reduce mistakes, reprints, and shipping errors
- Train team members on processes, expectations, and quality standards
- Create a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate daily with ownership and leadership on production status
- Help hire, train, schedule, and manage facility employees
- Identify bottlenecks and fix problems quickly
- Make sure equipment, supplies, and materials are ready for production needs
Qualifications
- Experience managing a warehouse, production, fulfillment, apparel, screen printing, or manufacturing operation
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Able to manage deadlines and solve problems quickly
- Experience with inventory management, shipping, production scheduling, or fulfillment
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using basic computer systems, spreadsheets, Shopify, ShipStation, or similar software
- Willing to work hands-on when needed
- Screen printing or apparel experience is preferred, but not required
Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a practical, organized operator who knows how to keep people moving, keep orders flowing, and keep the facility under control. This person does not just wait for direction. They take ownership, notice problems, and fix them.
This role is a good fit for someone who has managed a warehouse, production floor, fulfillment center, print shop, or hands-on operations team.
Compensation
- Base salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year
- Monthly performance bonus opportunity
- Paid time off
- Growth opportunity as the company expands
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Some overtime or weekend work may be required during peak seasons
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
