The Outsourced Advisory Solutions (OAS) team is responsible for enabling and enhancing connectivity between PCS and Capital Group’s expansive financial advisor network, leveraging PCS’ trust, resources and experience for the benefit of our partners and their high net worth clients. The OAS Private Wealth Consultant (PWC) has responsibility for leveraging the Capital Group brand through the wholesaler, national account, and financial intermediary channels to attract and retain assets for PCS. The Private Wealth Consultant will grow OAS sales by partnering with Capital Group’s sales force to help advisors close complex high net worth sales. The PWC will serve as a critical bridge between Capital Group’s family office infrastructure and Capital Group’s Wealth Management and Institutional Retirement business.
Responsibilities
Lead the OAS sales process in your territory by partnering with the sales force to identify advisors who need help servicing the complex needs of high net worth households and working directly with advisors to close business.
Source new opportunities and own the sales process, working in close partnership with the OAS Relationship Managers for onboarding, due diligence, and development of custom solutions.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree
Series 65 required
Outstanding professional experience and industry knowledge, including a deep understanding of private wealth and financial advisor needs.
Proven record of success in sales, with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with colleagues and external advisors.
Credible and influential, possessing strong executive presence and professional maturity.
Collaborative, partnering seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Nice-to-haves
Additional designations CIMA, CFP, CFA or CPWA strongly preferred.
