Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement, Logistics & Office Administrator to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will drive efficient procurement processes, oversee logistics operations, and manage office administration to ensure seamless business operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our supply chain excellence while supporting a vibrant office environment.

Key Responsibilites

  • Purchase materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and services necessary to support manufacturing and facility operations.·
  • Source and evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, reliability, delivery performance, and service capabilities.
  • Prepare purchase orders, negotiate pricing and contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, freight scheduling, delivery tracking, and logistics support.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with production and warehouse personnel to ensure material availability.
  • Resolve issues related to delayed shipments, damaged goods, vendor discrepancies, or supply shortages.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, inventory documentation, vendor files, and operational reports.
  • Support office administration functions including office supply management, filing systems, scheduling, recordkeeping, and coordination of administrative services.

Pay: $28.85 - $33.65 per hour
