We are seeking a dynamic and experienced manufacturing operations supervisor (Team Leader) to join our team. In this role, you will lead a talented group of manufacturing professionals, driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency. Salary: $85,898.00 - $107,372.00
Job Responsibilities
Build and lead a highly engaged team; ensure they have what they need to be successful; and keep them safe in order to deliver the highest quality aerospace transparencies on time to our customers.
Create and sustain a culture aligned with our "Great Place to Grow" values by role-modeling behaviors, motivating, and recognizing team contributions.
Supervise the daily activities of assigned staff to ensure that the manufacture and control of parts, products, and materials conform to established quality and production standards.
Lead teams to understand and achieve safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets.
Execute Daily Management and Standardized Work through Leader Standard Work.
Be open and honest in performance appraisals, supporting and coaching individuals to close performance gaps.
Provide opportunities for team members to leverage their strengths and pursue personal development.
Ensure a safety-first mindset and compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
Collaborate with other Team Leaders for optimal performance outcomes.
Drive team engagement and follow through on engagement actions.

Job Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Management or related fields.
Experience supervising and leading production personnel.
Experience leading teams in a unionized environment.
Potential to lead, engage, train, and develop direct reports.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement.
