As a Program Manager within the Player Success Organization (PSO), you will provide direction and leadership in the planning, implementation, and post-launch support of programs and initiatives that enhance player engagement and retention.

You will collaborate across PSO studio leadership and central teams to ensure efficient, high-quality planning for new products and enhancements. This role requires strong project management fundamentals and the ability to drive initiatives through their complete lifecycle while managing cross-functional dependencies. Manage process documentation, contracting workflows, and vendor relationships, working primarily with USA-based partners.

Provide direction and leadership across the entire lifecycle of PSO initiatives (planning, development, testing, and release). Support VIP operations and new studio onboarding, managing the complete integration lifecycle and maintaining dotted-line accountability to CS leadership. Manage program/project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery within resource constraints.

Serve as primary problem-solver and liaison between technical, business, and product teams. Bachelor's degree.

Background in project management fundamentals or Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). 2+ years of relevant program/project management experience. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
