"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Quality Management Coordinator for a contract opportunity within a healthcare setting in New York City. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare quality management, auditing, compliance documentation, and reporting within hospital or behavioral health environments. Candidates should be proficient with EPIC EMR systems and possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Summarize and analyze monthly audit reports across multiple hospital units
Conduct audits and documentation reviews related to:
Mock Codes
Nursing Assignments
Hand Hygiene Compliance
1:1 Monitoring
Q15 Checks
Close Observation & Constant Observation
Full Body Restraints
Handcuffs & Shackles
2-Point Restraints
Review patient safety and quality documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance
Prepare detailed reports for Nursing Leadership, Risk Management, and Quality departments
Support quality improvement initiatives and compliance standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to improve operational quality and patient safety
Maintain accurate audit records and reporting metrics using EPIC EMR systems
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s Preferred)
Minimum 3 years of healthcare quality management or auditing experience
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and quality assurance processes
Experience working with EPIC EMR systems required
Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Preferred Experience
Experience within hospital, behavioral health, or acute care environments
Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation standards
Ability to manage multiple audits and reporting deadlines efficiently
