Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales professional to execute our sales initiatives across designated territories. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze performance for continuous improvement.
  • This position requires significant travel within the responsible territory.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Building Materials B2B sales.
  • Experience in tile, flooring, pavers sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication abilities to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and account management within competitive markets.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools used to generate leads and support sales initiatives.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data.
  • Ability to conduct warm calling campaigns confidently while maintaining professionalism and persistence.

Pay: $83,978.23 - $101,135.08 per year
