Remote Sales Project Manager

<p><span>ECI Development is a leading international real estate developer with resort and residential communities in Central America. We're looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual Sales Project Manager to join our remote team and support our sales operations across the region.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>About the Role: </strong>You'll work closely with our sales administrator, supporting day-to-day coordination across sales, administrative, legal, and commercial teams. This is a fully remote position.</span></p><p><br><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Manage and follow up on sales projects and client requests in both English and Spanish.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Coordinate with internal teams (administrative, legal, commercial) to ensure smooth operations.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Maintain documentation, task tracking, and timelines in SharePoint.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Handle invoicing, payment follow-up, and report updates.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Provide high-quality customer service to international clients.</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Fluent English, both written and spoken (non-negotiable).</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Experience in real estate project coordination or operations.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (formerly known as Microsoft Office).</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Experience with HubSpot CRM.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset.</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Conditions</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Fully remote.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Preferably based in Nicaragua; candidates from elsewhere in Latin America are welcome to apply.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Salary: $800–$1,000/month.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Candidates based in Nicaragua will be contracted locally.</span></p></li></ul>
