Assistant Restaurant Manager – Anchor Bar (Transit Road Location)

Anchor Bar is looking for a dynamic, common sense driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Transit Road location.

Responsibilities:

• Confidently manage and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold our high standards of service
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, and training

Availability Requirements:

• Must be available at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
• Must have night availability

Requirements:

• Prior restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
