We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative, customer service, and operational support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our sales and service team. You’ll manage client communications, maintain accurate records, and coordinate project details to ensure a seamless experience from sale to installation.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and fax in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Accurately enter client and project data into the CRM system.
  • Facilitate the transition of sold projects into service and installation phases.
  • Participate in sales and support team meetings to monitor project milestones.
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients in our showroom with exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate with insurance companies to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Conduct post-installation follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, outgoing personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or an administrative role, ideally in construction, medical equipment, or mobility solutions, is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
