<h1>The Role<br></h1>
<p>Trustbridge is seeking a <b>Sales Representative based in the Colombia </b>to help expand our global manufacturing platform.<br></p>
<p>This role will support engagement with both:<br></p>
<li><b>Manufacturing suppliers</b> seeking qualified project opportunities<br></li>
<li><b>Companies developing new products</b> that need engineering design services or help identifying the right manufacturing partners<br></li>
<p>Because of the <b>Colombian</b> strong international business culture and English fluency, this role will support <b>both American and Asian markets</b>, working closely with leadership in California while building relationships with manufacturers and product companies globally.<br></p>
<p>This is a <b>consultative sales and business development role</b> that requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with engineers, product teams, and manufacturing businesses.<br></p> <br>
<h1>Key Responsibilities<br></h1>
<h3>Supplier Network Development<br></h3>
<ul>
<li>Identify and engage <b>manufacturing suppliers</b> across key technologies including CNC machining, injection molding, additive manufacturing, and sheet metal fabrication<br></li>
<li>Conduct onboarding discussions to understand supplier capabilities including materials, tolerances, production scale, and specialization<br></li>
<li>Build relationships with manufacturing partners across Asia and other global markets<br></li>
</ul>
<h3>Customer Development<br></h3>
<ul>
<li>Engage companies developing new products that may benefit from <b>design services or manufacturer matchmaking</b><br></li>
<li>Introduce Trustbridge’s services and explain how the platform reduces sourcing risk and accelerates product development<br></li>
<li>Identify potential project opportunities and coordinate with internal engineering teams<br></li>
</ul>
<h3>Consultative Sales<br></h3>
<ul>
<li>Conduct outreach via email, phone, and virtual meetings<br></li>
<li>Speak with engineers and product teams about manufacturing needs and sourcing challenges<br></li>
<li>Position Trustbridge as a <b>trusted advisor in the product development and manufacturing process</b><br></li>
</ul>
<h3>Pipeline Management<br></h3>
<ul>
<li>Track leads, suppliers, and opportunities in CRM<br></li>
<li>Maintain organized communication with prospects and partners<br></li>
<li>Provide feedback to leadership on supplier capabilities, customer needs, and market opportunities<br></li>
