The SAP Order & Inventory Management Specialist is responsible for managing accurate order processing and inventory records within SAP systems. This role partners closely with internal teams to ensure inventory accuracy, timely issue resolution, and efficient supply chain operations. The position also involves coordinating with vendors to resolve order discrepancies and payment‐related concerns.

Shift hours: 7 to 4 pm - Monday to Friday with some OT each week


Position Requirements:


  • Several years of hands‐on experience working with SAP, specifically in order processing and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot discrepancies and system issues.
  • Proven ability to work cross‐functionally and communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and resolving order and payment‐related issues.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with inventory auditing and reconciliation processes.
