Screen Printer

This is not an entry-level position, we are not looking for someone we need to train, so please keep that in mind when applying. If you see yourself in this position please read our job description below:

We are looking for a reliable, hard working and motivated individual who works well in a team environment. The ideal candidate must have and be able to:

· Operate manual screen print presses, preferably M&R equipment. Automatic print press knowledge a plus. Knowledge of Multi-color design setup, printing on t-shirt.

· Follow production schedules and deadlines.

· Verify materials and inks correspond to the job

· Be able to clean screens, reclaim screens and do washouts if necessary.

· Adjust ink colors during production runs to ensure consistency via press adjustments

· Attention to detail

· Have 20/40 vision (correctable: glasses and contacts OK)

· Stand for long periods of time

· Lift heavy objects (25lbs-45 lbs)

· Good hand and eye coordination to operate the equipment

· Work in the warehouse environment and screen print materials

· Prepare each job in accordance with our project workflow for screen printing production.

· Maintain and ensure press equipment is clean and in proper operating condition daily.

· Follow and give detailed instructions

· Take initiative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
