Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist with automotive experience to serve as the first point of contact for our dealership. This role is critical in setting the tone for the customer experience—both in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, polished, and thrives in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist all showroom guests with professionalism and urgency
Answer and route incoming calls promptly (high call volume)
Schedule appointments for sales and service teams
Manage showroom traffic log and CRM entry accurately
Coordinate with sales, BDC, and management to ensure smooth customer flow
Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scanning, etc.)
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Assist with customer follow-ups and outbound calls when needed
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Weekend availability required
