About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate – Adobe Marketo to support enterprise marketing operations and automation initiatives for a large healthcare-focused engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Marketo, marketing automation operations, integration support, and stakeholder collaboration within complex enterprise environments.
Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Adobe Marketo platform operations and functionality
Support compliance requirements related to restricted and sensitive data attributes
Build and support AI/ML-driven automations, workflows, and alerting mechanisms
Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders across US regions to support campaign execution and operational needs
Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between Marketo and connected enterprise applications
Coordinate with third-party vendors including 4Comply, PortQii, and ON24 to resolve operational and integration issues
Support campaign operations, lead management, and marketing automation best practices
Ensure platform stability, performance, and operational efficiency
Strong understanding of Marketo integrations and troubleshooting
Experience working with APIs, connected systems, and third-party marketing tools
Knowledge of compliance and data governance practices within marketing systems
Experience supporting AI/ML automation use cases
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment aligned to EST/CST hours
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare industry experience
Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
Exposure to webinar/event platforms such as ON24
Experience with compliance-focused marketing operations
Additional Notes:
This is a fully remote role. Preference will be given to candidates located near a Publicis Sapient office for potential long-term conversion opportunities.
