Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading large‑scale infrastructure and network initiatives in enterprise environments
Demonstrated experience managing change in controlled, production environments, including risk assessment, approvals, and implementation coordination
Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex, multi‑workstream initiatives
Proficiency with project and work management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership
About the Role
Lead large‑scale infrastructure and network initiatives end‑to‑end, owning planning, execution, and delivery across infrastructure, network, and information security workstreams. Ensure effective change management and seamless operational handoff to deliver stable, scalable, and business‑aligned technology solutions.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
Lead complex, large‑scale infrastructure, network, and enterprise migration initiatives from initiation through closeout, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business and technical objectives.
Own end‑to‑end project planning, including definition of scope, critical path, dependencies, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations across infrastructure, network, and information security workstreams.
Monitor and control project performance using defined KPIs, metrics, and governance frameworks; proactively manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality, escalating risks and issues as appropriate.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies; drive timely resolution of issues to minimize impact to delivery and operations.
Partner closely with technology, security, and business stakeholders to ensure solution designs meet performance, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Lead project governance and stakeholder engagement, facilitating executive updates, decision‑making forums, and cross‑functional coordination.
Own end‑to‑end change management, including risk assessments, change submissions, rollback planning, and clear, timely communication with impacted stakeholders.
Coordinate third‑party vendors and delivery partners, including managing statements of work (SOWs), contracts, timelines, and service‑level agreements (SLAs).
Drive operational readiness by ensuring smooth transition to support, including development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), service desk documentation, and formal knowledge‑transfer sessions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements common in financial services and banking environments, including maintaining accurate documentation and audit evidence.
Perform additional duties as required to support organizational and project delivery objectives.
Proven ability to lead and deliver complex, cross‑functional IT initiatives with accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk
Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to identify issues, assess risk, and drive data‑informed decisions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business impact for executive and non‑technical audiences
