<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6.</li>
<li>Perform load, stress, spike, and endurance testing to validate system performance, reliability, and scalability.</li>
<li>Monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks, latency issues, and resource utilization concerns.</li>
<li>Analyze performance test results and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations for optimization and improvement.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve performance-related issues.</li>
<li>Support performance tuning initiatives across applications, databases, and infrastructure environments.</li>
<li>Contribute to performance engineering best practices and continuous improvement efforts.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in performance testing or performance engineering.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with at least one performance testing tool such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of performance metrics including response time, throughput, CPU utilization, and memory consumption.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of APIs, SQL, and web technologies.</li>
<li>Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic, or similar platforms.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate effectively with development and QA teams in agile environments.</li>
