<p>Hotel Equities is seeking a dynamic and results-driven <strong>Senior Vice President of Sales</strong> to lead and elevate a high-performing commercial sales organization within a growing hospitality portfolio. This executive leader will drive topline revenue strategy across full-service, lifestyle, and food & beverage-focused hotel assets while building a culture of accountability, innovation, and market leadership.</p> <br><p>The ideal candidate brings extensive multi-property hospitality sales leadership experience with deep knowledge of Marriott International, Hilton, and IHG Hotels & Resorts brand systems, commercial strategy, and revenue optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong owner relations, operational partnership, and hands-on leadership capabilities.</p> <br><p><br></p> <br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <br><ul> <br> <li>Lead enterprise-wide sales strategy for a portfolio of full-service and lifestyle hotels.</li> <br> <li>Develop and execute aggressive revenue growth initiatives across group, transient, catering, and food & beverage segments.</li> <br> <li>Partner closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, and F&B leadership to maximize hotel profitability and market share.</li> <br> <li>Mentor, develop, and inspire Regional Directors of Sales and property-level sales teams.</li> <br> <li>Drive proactive sales culture through accountability, performance metrics, coaching, and strategic selling.</li> <br> <li>Oversee budgeting, forecasting, sales deployment strategies, and business planning initiatives.</li> <br> <li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with ownership groups, brand partners, key accounts, CVBs, and industry organizations.</li> <br> <li>Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and commercial performance to identify new opportunities for growth.</li> <br> <li>Ensure brand compliance and strategic alignment with Marriott, Hilton, and IHG commercial initiatives.</li> <br> <li>Lead portfolio-wide sales meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.</li> <br></ul> <br><p><br></p> <br><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <br><ul> <br> <li>Minimum 5+ years of senior-level hospitality sales leadership experience.</li> <br> <li>Extensive experience overseeing full service, lifestyle, and food & beverage-driven hotel environments.</li> <br> <li>Strong background managing multi-property or regional hotel sales organizations.</li> <br> <li>Proven success driving revenue growth and market penetration strategies.</li> <br> <li>Deep understanding of Marriott, Hilton, and IHG sales platforms, systems, and brand initiatives.</li> <br> <li>Expertise in hotel sales systems including Delphi, CI/TY, STS, FOSSE, PEP, Opera, and related CRM/revenue platforms preferred.</li> <br> <li>Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.</li> <br> <li>Experience presenting to ownership groups and executive leadership teams.</li> <br> <li>Ability to travel as needed to support portfolio initiatives and hotel teams.</li> <br></ul> <br><p><strong>Preferred Leadership Traits</strong></p> <br><ul> <br> <li>Strategic and highly analytical mindset</li> <br> <li>Hands-on leadership approach with strong mentoring capabilities</li> <br> <li>Collaborative cross-functional leadership style</li> <br> <li>Strong negotiation and business development skills</li> <br> <li>Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and team development</li> <br></ul> <br><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p> <br><ul> <br> <li>Salary $190k-$225k</li> <br> <li>Performance-based bonus opportunity</li> <br> <li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits</li> <br> <li>PTO and paid holidays</li> <br> <li>Travel benefits and hotel discounts</li> <br> <li>Executive leadership growth opportunities</li></ul>
