Our client is searching for a SharePoint Designer/Developer to develop internal training materials for our client. ***All candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis and no sponsorship is available.***Pay will be based on experience and this position is REMOTE.Duties:<ul><li>SharePoint Content Design: Lead the design and development of the SharePoint structure, design, and content for a pleasant and informative internal user experience.</li><li>Technical Training Content Design: Lead the design and development of technical training programs for internal customers.</li><li>Technical Training Delivery: Deliver engaging training sessions using various instructional techniques and formats to meet the Data & Technology organization’s needs. </li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Deep understanding of MS Team/SharePoint Access & Permissions </li><li>Understanding of MS File/Folder Structure, Management, and Settings</li><li>SharePoint Site Building Experience (Use of Webparts, available tools, site limitations, etc.)</li><li>Familiarity with Communication / Branding & Cohesion</li><li>General UX and Graphic Design Principles</li><li>Familiarity with MS Alerts/Power Automate</li><li>Familiarity with Power BI Reports</li><li>Understanding of Strategic Programs </li><li>Job Aid / Documentation Building Experience Strong understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and processes.</li><li>Proficient in developing training materials and instructional design methodologies.</li><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage an audience.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Taking abstract functional and technical data points and creating a clear and concise narrative that can be easily understood at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Utilizing PowerPoint and related modern technologies to create executive-level presentations</li></ul>Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $62.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
