<p>Our client is searching for a SharePoint Designer/Developer to develop internal training materials for our client. </p><p>***All candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis and no sponsorship is available.***</p><p>Pay will be based on experience and this position is REMOTE.</p><p>Duties:</p><ul><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">SharePoint Content Design: Lead the design and development of the SharePoint structure, design, and content for a pleasant and informative internal user experience.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Technical Training Content Design: Lead the design and development of technical training programs for internal customers.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Technical Training Delivery:</span><strong style="font-size:11pt;"> </strong><span style="font-size:11pt;">Deliver engaging training sessions using various instructional techniques and formats to meet the Data & Technology organization’s needs. </span></li></ul><p>Required Skills:</p><ul><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Deep understanding of MS Team/SharePoint Access & Permissions </span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Understanding of MS File/Folder Structure, Management, and Settings</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">SharePoint Site Building Experience (Use of Webparts, available tools, site limitations, etc.)</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Familiarity with Communication / Branding & Cohesion</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">General UX and Graphic Design Principles</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Familiarity with MS Alerts/Power Automate</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Familiarity with Power BI Reports</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Understanding of Strategic Programs </span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Job Aid / Documentation Building Experience Strong understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and processes.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Proficient in developing training materials and instructional design methodologies.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage an audience.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Strong organizational and time management skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Taking abstract functional and technical data points and creating a clear and concise narrative that can be easily understood at all levels of the organization.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt;">Utilizing PowerPoint and related modern technologies to create executive-level presentations</span></li></ul><p><strong>Job Type & Location</strong></p><p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.</p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong><p>The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $62.00/hr.</p><p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
