Social Media Coordinator (U.S.-based) Location: Remote (U.S. candidates; company HQ in Las Vegas, NV) Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt Approved Range: $60,000 - $70,000<hr>Overview We currently have an immediate opening for a full-time Social Media Coordinator. The ideal candidate is extremely personable, creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media. This role supports the execution of content, engagement, and community growth strategies across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.In this role, you’ll collaborate with our marketing team to bring our voice to life through daily social content, trend participation, community management, and reporting. You’ll also help manage influencer relationships, monitor campaign KPIs, and contribute to bold marketing campaigns that speak to an aspirational, high-end lifestyle. This role requires travel at least once per quarter, with the possibility of additional trips.<hr> Key ResponsibilitiesContent Support & Scheduling<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Assist with content creation, drafting captions, repurposing assets, and uploading content using native application platforms</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Organize and maintain content calendars in coordination with the marketing team</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Monitor trends and help ideate reactive and proactive content opportunities</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Collaborate with the marketing team to craft social campaigns that reflect the interests and lifestyles of our members.</li></ul>Community Management & Growth<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Monitor and engage with online communities across all platforms</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a brand-aligned voice</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Establish and coordinate relationships with social media influencers to support brand-aligned campaigns and content initiatives.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Stay current with trends, memes, and viral content to ensure relevancy across platforms</li></ul>Campaign Performance & Reporting<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Support the tracking and reporting of social media KPIs in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Track campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly performance reports</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Use social media analytics tools to surface insights and inform future campaigns</li></ul>Collaboration<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Work closely with the Social Media Manager, content creators, and designers to ensure consistent brand identity</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Participate in brainstorms for upcoming campaigns and launches</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Support broader marketing team initiatives across luxury brand positioning</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Source relevant updates and releases from cross-functional teams (Product, PR, Copy, etc.) to inform timely and relevant social content</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Occasionally join creative off-sites or content shoots with our Las Vegas-based team Social Productions, Activations & Events</li></ul><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Support the planning and execution of social media content productions, campaign shoots, lifestyle content sessions, and brand activations</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Assist with influencer events, experiential activations, pop-ups, and branded experiences to help drive social engagement and brand awareness</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Capture and publish real-time social content during events, including behind-the-scenes footage, event highlights, and live social storytelling</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Coordinate with photographers, videographers, creators, influencers, vendors, and internal teams to support smooth production and event execution</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Help organize production schedules, shot lists, content capture plans, and event logistics</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Identify and capture engaging social moments and creator-generated content opportunities during activations and events</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Assist with influencer coordination, including attendance tracking, content collection, approvals, and deliverable management</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ensure all event and activation content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and social media best practices</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Support post-event content organization, asset management, and performance reporting as needed</li></ul><hr>Who You Are<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">You have a strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">You’re skilled in writing, content creation, and scheduling for multi-channel publishing</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">You’re analytical, organized, and know how to use social media tools to track performance</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">You enjoy being part of a collaborative team and thrive in a fast-paced environment</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">You’e friendly, upbeat, and love working with people</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">You’re tech-savvy and always up to date with digital trends</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">You think critically and enjoy solving problems</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">You can manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines</li></ul><hr>Qualifications<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Some college preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">1–2 years of experience in social media, community management, or content coordination</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Basic design or video editing experience (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong writing and grammar skills</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics dashboards</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Knowledge of or interest in luxury branding, modern relationships, or pop culture</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Able to travel once a quarter</li></ul><hr>
