This role is responsible for managing social media content execution, campaign performance analysis, community engagement, and social listening initiatives across multiple platforms.</p><p>This position balances strategic planning with hands-on execution. Approximately 80% of the role is focused on content calendar management, cross-functional collaboration, scheduling, and social media operations, while 20% is dedicated to advanced analytics, reporting, social listening, competitor analysis, and identifying actionable insights.</p><p>The ideal candidate combines strong content planning and project management skills with advanced social media analytics expertise. This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate audience insights and market trends into engaging content, increased brand awareness, and measurable business results.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and maintain the social media content calendar across all active platforms.</li><li>Schedule, publish, and monitor social media content across multiple channels.</li><li>Coordinate closely with creative, content, and video production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, brand-aligned content.</li><li>Ensure all social media content aligns with brand standards, campaign objectives, and audience engagement goals.</li><li>Utilize enterprise-level social media management and analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance and audience engagement.</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis, social listening, and market research to identify opportunities, trends, and audience insights.</li><li>Analyze engagement, reach, audience behavior, and campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.</li><li>Translate data and social listening insights into actionable recommendations that improve engagement, ROI, brand awareness, and sales performance.</li><li>Prepare regular performance reports and present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.</li><li>Foster audience engagement through active community management and online interactions.</li><li>Support community-building initiatives, promotions, contests, giveaways, and strategic outreach campaigns.</li><li>Monitor audience sentiment and respond appropriately to comments, messages, and community interactions.</li><li>Stay current on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.</li><li>Generate innovative content ideas and campaign concepts based on industry trends and audience behavior.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to support overall marketing and brand initiatives.</li><li>Contribute strategic recommendations that enhance overall social media performance and brand presence.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field required.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on social media management.</li><li>Experience using enterprise-level social media management, listening, and analytics platforms such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, or similar tools.</li><li>Experience managing content calendars, social media scheduling, campaign execution, and performance reporting.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media analytics, audience engagement metrics, and performance optimization.</li><li>Experience conducting competitive analysis and social listening research.</li><li>Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.</li><li>Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills.</li><li>Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations and creative content opportunities.</li><li>Experience managing promotions, giveaways, contests, and community engagement initiatives.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Must be willing to complete a Culture Index assessment as part of the hiring process.</li><li>Must be able to work onsite in McKinney, TX.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience presenting social media performance metrics and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.</li><li>Strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing trends.</li><li>Experience supporting brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives.</li><li>Knowledge of emerging AI tools and their application within marketing workflows.</li></ul><p><strong>Technology & AI Expectations</strong></p><p>This role encourages the use of AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, productivity, and workflow optimization.
