We are partnering with a well-established oil & gas services company in the Permian Basin to hire a hands-on Sr. Field HSE Safety Coordinator who enjoys being in the field, mentoring crews, and building a long-term career in safety leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional who believes the most effective safety programs are built boots-on-the-ground, not behind a desk.

What You?ll Be Doing ? Act as a visible field safety presence supporting daily operations

? Mentor, coach, and develop employees on safe work practices

? Support drilling, completions, and production maintenance activities

? Perform field audits, inspections, and safety observations

? Assist with developing and improving safety training programs

? Respond to incidents, near misses, and client safety concerns

? Partner with operations leadership to improve overall safety performance

What We?re Looking For ? 5+ years of HSE / safety experience in the oil & gas industry

? Strong experience supporting drilling, completions, and production

? Hands-on, field-based background (this is not a desk role)

? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 service environment

? Willingness to be on-call every other weekend

? Ability to work 50+ hours per week

? Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills

? College degree strongly preferred

? Must be local to Midland/Odessa or willing to permanently relocate

Compensation & Benefits ? Base Salary: $100,000 ? $130,000 (DOE)
