As our <span>Supply Chain Manager</span>, you’ll oversee <span>manufacturing operations, supplier management, production planning, and supply chain coordination across the US market. This role is focused on ensuring efficient production, strong supplier performance, successful product launches, continuous operational improvement within a fast-growing environment and bridging the gap with UK based functions.</span></p><p></p><p>This includes...</p><p><span><strong>Manufacturing & Supply Planning</strong></span></p><p><span>· Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations across US co-packers and production partners.</span></p><p><span>· Own production scheduling and supply planning to ensure product availability and service performance.</span></p><p><span>· Coordinate raw material availability, factory production runs, and finished goods supply.</span></p><p><span>· Lead factory trials, production scale-ups, and implementation of new products into manufacturing.</span></p><p><span>· Resolve operational issues relating to production, materials, or product quality.</span></p><p><span>· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, service, and cost performance.</span></p><p><span><strong>Procurement & Supplier Management</strong></span></p><p><span>· Lead procurement initiatives and cost-saving projects across the US supply chain.</span></p><p><span>· Manage relationships with suppliers and co-packers to ensure strong operational performance.</span></p><p><span>· Support supplier negotiations and contract setup.</span></p><p><span>· Coordinate supplier onboarding, material changes, and packaging updates.</span></p><p><span>· Monitor supplier performance against agreed service, quality, and cost standards.</span></p><p><span><strong>Product & Technical Coordination</strong></span></p><p><span>· UK to US operational link, “deeply connected to UK teams, Join UK product/technical meetings, bring context back to US proactively.</span></p><p><span>· Gather and manage product specifications, packaging information, and regulatory documentation required for production.</span></p><p><span>· Coordinate artwork approvals and packaging implementation with brand and technical teams.</span></p><p><span>· Ensure packaging compliance and production requirements are delivered accurately and on time.</span></p><p><span><strong>Reporting & Operational Performance</strong></span></p><p><span>· Own reporting for KPIs, OTIF, COGs, and manufacturing performance metrics.</span></p><p><span>· Track operational projects and savings initiatives.</span></p><p><span>· Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and strengthen supply continuity.</span></p><p><span><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></span></p><p><span>· 5-7 years’ experience in supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, or operations within FMCG, beverage</span></p><p><span>· Strong understanding of co-manufacturing and production planning.</span></p><p><span>· Experience managing suppliers and manufacturing partners.</span></p><p><span>· Strong organisational and project management skills.</span></p><p><span>· Analytical mindset with experience in operational reporting and KPI tracking.</span></p><p><span>· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</span></p><p><span>· Experience with ERP or supply chain systems preferred.</span></p><p><span><strong>Personal Attributes</strong></span></p><p><span>· Hands-on and solutions oriented.</span></p><p><span>· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.</span></p><p><span>· Able to manage multiple priorities effectively.</span></p><p><span>· Strong communicator with collaborative working style.</span></p><p><span>· Proactive and commercially aware.</span><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>THE PACKAGE</strong><br><span>The base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $130,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.
