Combining hands-on technical expertise with project coordination, you will help ensure our systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable while delivering an exceptional employee experience.</p> <p>You will report to the Director of IT and collaborate closely with ET&I, Field Operations, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders across the organization.</p> <h2>What You'll Be Working On</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Supporting IT infrastructure, cloud services, workplace technologies, and business applications.</p> </li> <li> <p>Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring a reliable end-user experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Managing user access, identity services, and device management activities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assisting with infrastructure projects, office technology deployments, and workplace initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintaining technical documentation and operational standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Do You Have What It Takes?</h2> <p>This role is ideal for someone with experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure operations who enjoys solving technical challenges and supporting a modern digital workplace.</p> <h3>You should bring</h3> <ul> <li> <p>2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure operations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and user lifecycle management.</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including SSO and authentication services.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with endpoint management and device administration.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and networking environments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Bonus if you have</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune.</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and compliance requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience administering SaaS business applications.</p> </li> <li> <p>Relevant technical certifications (Microsoft, Azure, AWS, ITIL, etc.).</p> </li> <li> <p>Exposure to Atlassian products and ecosystems.</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Languages & Location</h2> <p>Fluent in English (company-wide working language).</p> <p>This is a fully remote position in Senegal, with optional access to our Dakar office.</p> <h2>Why Join Valiantys?</h2> <p>Our team members are our greatest asset and we work hard to ensure that Valiantys is not only a great place to work, but also a platform for you to grow.</p> <h3>Sense</h3> <p>We're committed to giving you the level of information you need to make sense of your assignments.
