The below job opportunity is to one of Our clients who is the world's largest intimates specialty retailer offering a wide assortment of modern, fashion-inspired collections including signature bras, panties, lingerie, casual sleepwear, swim and athleisure, as well as award-winning prestige fragrances and body care.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Descriptions:</strong></p><ul><li>Individual contributor position responsible for executing the technical design process from development to final fit.</li><li>Responsible for analyzing and evaluating garments to develop the correct fit specifications.</li><li>Ensures that products are developed in a manner consistent with established fit quality, standards, manufacturer capabilities and cost specifications.</li><li>Develops technical specifications and communicates fit to vendors/factories for approvals and corrections.</li><li>Makes appropriate adjustments with factories as required to ensure integrity of design approved prototypes while monitoring quality and targeted price.</li><li>Typically reports to Technical Services Manager.</li><li>Typically directs Assistant or Associate Technical Designers.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Fashion, or equivalent experience.</li><li>5+ years experience in technical design.</li><li>Plus size experience.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Must Have Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible</li><li>Problem Solver</li><li>Supportive</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice To Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Intimates Fitting Experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>TekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.</strong></p>
