Technical Vice President (VP)

<strong>Role: Technical Vice President (VP)<br><br></strong><strong>Location: Milpitas, CA (Onsite)<br><br></strong><strong>Contract: 12+ months <br><br></strong>We are seeking a highly experienced Technical VP to support the CTO in driving global R&D initiatives and large-scale engineering programs across the US and international teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership and program/project management experience, with the ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineering teams from leading technology companies such as Apple, Meta, and Netflix.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Support CTO in managing global R&D and engineering initiatives </li><li>Lead complex technical programs and cross-functional project execution </li><li>Collaborate with internal and external engineering stakeholders </li><li>Participate in architecture reviews and technical strategy discussions </li><li>Drive program delivery, resource planning, and engineering excellence <br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>15+ years of experience in technical leadership or program management </li><li>Strong background in software systems, cloud, infrastructure, or related technologies </li><li>Proven experience managing global engineering teams and large-scale programs </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills </li><li>Ability to work with senior technical teams and executive leadership</li></ul>
