THE BASICS
Location: Remote, work from home. Based in the United States strongly preferred.
Schedule: Flexible daytime shifts that fit around your life. Full-time or part-time, you pick the days and hours.
Pay: $20 to $30/hour based on experience, plus 10% to 20% of the profit on every live you host. The better you sell, the higher both go.
Language: Clear, natural, native-level English. You sound warm, real, and easy to listen to on camera.

TopFoxx is a fast-growing, women-owned eyewear brand. We make sunglasses that solve real problems: tangle-free frames, floating sunglasses, foldable pocket styles, shatter-resistant lenses, and eco-friendly materials. Our slogan is "sunglasses with a solution."
Our customers are real, everyday women who want to feel confident without the fuss. Our TikTok community is growing fast, and we want the person who can become the face of our live shopping shows.
THE ROLE
You are on camera, and your job is to sell. You will host TikTok Live shows, talk to viewers in real time, show off the sunglasses, and turn watchers into buyers. Success is measured by one thing above all: are you converting viewers into customers.
The right person is warm, relatable, and real. You are the kind of person friends ask for recommendations, because when you love something, people want it too.
SECTION 1: TIKTOK LIVE & CONTENT (about 80% of the role)
This is the heart of the job. You go live, create content, and sell.
- Host TikTok Live shows multiple times a week, showing off our sunglasses in a fun, authentic way
- Convert viewers into buyers: build excitement, create urgency around drops and promos, answer questions live, and drive real sales every session
- Engage the audience in real time, reading and replying to comments
- Make short-form videos (TikToks) around the products and lives to keep pulling people into the next stream
- Learn the products inside and out
- Work with our marketing team on weekly themes, featured products, and launches
- Stay on top of TikTok trends and bring fresh show ideas
- Own your numbers: know your views, watch time, and sales per live, and keep improving them
SECTION 2: INFLUENCER ONBOARDING & TEACHING (about 20% of the role)
Flexible and may grow over time. Because you know how to convert on camera, you help our influencers do the same.
- Get on calls with interested influencers and walk them through how we work
- Explain our affiliate program clearly
- Teach creators what actually converts on lives and in content
- Be a friendly point of contact who gets influencers excited to sell for us
WHO YOU ARE
- A natural seller who makes people want it, without sounding pushy
- Warm and relatable. Authentic beats polished and salesy
- Confident on camera and quick on your feet
- Results-driven. You care that the lives actually sell
- Reliable and self-starting. You run your own setup from home
REQUIREMENTS
- Able to film from home. Based in the United States strongly preferred
- You connect with an American audience. Native-level, natural English. A slight accent is totally fine, what matters is that people relate to you
- A real sales instinct (live selling, retail, hosting, QVC-style demos, or just being great at getting people excited to buy)
- Comfortable with TikTok and TikTok Live, or a fast learner ready to go live often
- Dependable, organized, and able to stick to a live schedule
- Live selling or on-camera sales experience (TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, Whatnot, QVC) is a plus, but the right energy matters more than a resume
YOUR FILMING SETUP (YOU PROVIDE THIS)
You film from home, so you set up your own space. It does not need to be fancy, just clean and presentable.
- Good, bright, even lighting (a ring light or softbox works)
- A tidy, clutter-free background
- A small product display stand or riser, like the ones on TikTok Shop lives
- A phone or camera that shoots clear video, plus strong, stable internet
We do not provide equipment up front. Once you have shown you can sell, we are glad to invest in your setup over time (branded backdrops, shelves, signage).
COMPENSATION
The better you sell, the more you earn. Both your hourly rate and profit share grow as you prove you can convert.
- Starting out: $20/hour, plus 10% of the profit on every live
- Once proven: up to $30/hour, plus up to 20% of the profit per session
What the profit share looks like, on top of your hourly:
- At 10%: a $300-profit live pays you $30, a $500 live pays $50, a $1,000 live pays $100
- At 20%: a $300 live pays you $60, a $500 live pays $100, a $1,000 live pays $200
