Work with our Agency partners to profitably rate and classify agriculture lines clients and provide financial reps and their assistants support while offering an outstanding underwriting experience.<h1></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><span class="emphasis-2"><b>How does this role make an impact?</b></span></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>- Reviews and underwrites agriculture lines risk (i.e., selection/rejection of new and renewal business) of new applications and in-force business with higher degrees of risk not processed by automated systems.<br>- Administers and monitors underwriting rules and guidelines, rating manual rules, and insurance laws and regulations.<br>- Analyzes quality and quantity of risks underwritten, prepares reports accordingly.<br>- Ensures adequate pricing of insurable risks by properly classifying the exposure and verify that characteristics are identified and applied and make changes where appropriate.<br>- Communicating with financial representatives, Underwriting, and/or other internal departments to obtain information or approval/denial of a policy transaction.</p><h1></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><span class="emphasis-2">Do you have what we're looking for? </span></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.</p><p><br><span>- Must work in the Western Time Zone. </span><br>'-Normal office environment.<span><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;"> </span> </span><br>- Work may extend beyond normal business hours as business needs dictate.<br>- Regular travel to field locations.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span class="emphasis-2"><b>Base Pay Range:</b></span></p>$54,800-$75,350<p></p><p>The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired.
