Job Overview:

We are seeking security officers with outstanding customer service and communication skills to join our professional team. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional service to clients, guests, and tenants.

We are looking for:

Foot Patrol: Wednesday to Sunday from 2pm to 10pm
Foot Patrol: Tuesday - Wednesday from 11:59pm to 5am and Sunday from 9am to am
Vehicle Patrol: Sunday and Monday from 9pm to 5am and Tuesday - Wednesday from 9am to 6am
Vehicle Patrol: Thursday to Monday from 9am to 6am

Areas: Miami, 33126/ Miami, 33136 / Miami Lakes, 33014/ Ft. Lauderdale, 33303

Duties

Monitor access control systems in accordance with site protocols.
Maintain security logs and incident reports with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to ensure security protocols are followed.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks or suspicious activities.
Provide directions and respond to inquiries while ensuring a secure environment.
Patrol regularly in the golf cart and/or vehicle the parking lot to detect parking violations.
Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role. (Preferred)
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
You must have a valid Class D License;
You must have a valid Driver's License.
Must be able to read, write and understand English
You must agree to be subjected to a criminal background check
You must be able to pass a drug screen
You must be legally eligible for employment in the United States (you will be required to provide documentation to verify eligibility)
