Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the creation of intuitive and engaging shopping experiences for our fashion e-commerce platform. This role demands advanced proficiency in design tools and a strong understanding of fashion industry trends. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business objectives into exceptional product designs that drive customer satisfaction and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product experience design, from concept to polished UI, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
• Utilize advanced Figma and prototyping tools to create detailed interaction flows, component systems, and high-fidelity designs.
• Partner with product, engineering, research, and content teams to explore opportunities and deliver cohesive design solutions.
• Present and articulate design rationale, connecting decisions to measurable outcomes and product vision.
• Maintain well-documented design systems and assets for cross-team alignment and efficient handoffs.

• Advanced mastery of Figma and prototyping tools.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills for articulating design decisions.
