This role involves managing large-scale IT initiatives, coordinating multiple internal and external teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT environments, stakeholder management, and project governance.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Project Leadership & Strategy<br><br>Lead planning and execution of large IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and digital transformation initiatives<br><br>Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders<br><br>Establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) when required<br><br>Team & Stakeholder Coordination<br><br>Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments, vendors, and external partners<br><br>Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and executive leadership<br><br>Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across all project participants<br><br>Execution & Delivery<br><br>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations<br><br>Track project performance using KPIs and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)<br><br>Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies proactively<br><br>Governance & Reporting<br><br>Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements<br><br>Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders<br><br>Manage change control processes and document project decisions and outcomes.<br><br>Required Qualifications:<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.<br><br>5+ years of experience in IT project management, including large-scale or enterprise-level projects<br><br>Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies<br><br>PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred<br><br>Preferred Skills:<br><br>Experience with ERP implementations, cloud migrations, or legacy system modernization.<br><br>Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and cybersecurity compliance (e.g., SOC 2 audits)<br><br>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<br><br>Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).<br><br><strong>MUST HAVE<br><br></strong>Over all 18 years of exp with 10 Years as PM.<br><br>Should have work as implemented large project / Infra project exp.<br><br>They should have presented it to the executive of the company.<br><br>Data center migration from one building to another one.
