Warehouse Associate (Forklift Experience Required)

Warehouse Associate A Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory is handled accurately, efficiently, and safely.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations
• Palletize, crate, and secure equipment for transportation
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
• Assist with loading and in loading delivery trucks
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Ability to lift heavy objects - typically 50+ lbs
• Basic math and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed
