Location: Remote (US Only – Must work EST Hours)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Extend Developer to support Workday ERP transformation initiatives across Finance, HR, and Reporting. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and enhance Workday Extend applications, integrations, workflows, and self-service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Workday Extend applications

• Build Extend solutions using data models, orchestrations, custom UI components, and security configurations

• Develop worker/manager-facing applications and approval workflows

• Configure business processes, calculated fields, reports, and condition rules

• Partner with HCM, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements

• Evaluate Extend use cases and recommend build/configure/retire solutions

• Ensure applications follow Workday security, compliance, and governance standards

• Troubleshoot and optimize Extend applications within Workday platform limits

• Support integrations with Payroll, Finance, Billing, and downstream systems

• Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer
