Job Description
Are you passionate about gaming and dedicated to delivering exceptional player support? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Xbox Player Experience Associate to join our remote team, specializing in evening shifts. In this role, you will be the front-line support for Xbox players, resolving their inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring they have the best possible gaming experience. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact the Xbox community while working from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert-level customer support to Xbox players via various channels (chat, email, phone) during evening hours.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Xbox consoles, games, accessories, and services.
Assist players with account management, billing inquiries, and game-related questions.
Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
Gather and relay player feedback to product and development teams to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all player interactions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Xbox products, services, and game releases.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
In-depth knowledge of the Xbox ecosystem (consoles, games, services like Game Pass).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Comfortable working evening shifts.
