We are #1 in that space and have had incredible growth and internal promotion rates.We give very strong training.Job Summary:A Car Wash Sales Associate performs various functions such as welcoming customers and ensuring they receive great satisfaction with every car wash.They are responsible for selling current washpromotions to every customer and delivering an exceptional customer experience.Duties/Responsibilities:Must become an expert, through our training, on all the services we provide and be able to educate our customers on services that will fit their needs including selling monthly wash plans.Must be able to try to overcome the customers No when selling the wash promotion.Maintains a safe and clean work area.Conducts daily safety checks on equipment.Performs daily housekeeping.Able to assist with periodic maintenance of equipment.Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Ability to display courteous and professional attitude with both customers and team members.Strong ability to work flexible hours, such as weekends.Ability to work outdoors and be efficient in all weather conditions.Ability to multitask.Ability to follow directions and correctly implement tasks.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Must have.On-the-job training provided.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing during car wash operation.Must be physically able to operate equipment, which may involve bending, squatting, and crawling.Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds at times.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:From $20.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
