Job Description
Job Title: Employment Law Attorney Location: 100% Remote across CA Responsibilities: Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents related to employment litigation matters. Manage cases from inception through resolution, including depositions, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances. Develop legal strategies and provide effective representation for clients in employment law disputes. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar. 2+ years of employment litigation experience, preferably handling single action or wage and hour matters. Strong legal research, analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $200,000-$250,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
