Job SummaryJoin our dynamic team as a Courier, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our valued customers.You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service while navigating routes with precision.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include operating your own vehicle to deliver small parcel to residential and business areas, loading and unloading parcel, and managing deliveries with a focus on safety and efficiency.If you're passionate about driving and enjoy being on the move, this is the perfect opportunity for you! What you'll do Navigate designated routes to deliver packages promptly and efficiently.Load and unload items from vehicle (car/SUV/truck) while ensuring proper handling of goods.Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns.Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each route.Assist in warehouse operations when not on delivery routes, including inventory management.Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery schedules and enhance service quality.Basic qualifications Valid driver's license Reliable Car/Van/SUV Experience in route driving or as a delivery driver is preferred but not required.Comprehensive training provided.Preferred qualifications Previous experience in customer service roles, showcasing strong communication skills.Warehouse experience, including knowledge of loading/unloading procedures.A can-do attitude and approach to situations.Willingness to complete assigned routes.Why you'll love it hereWe are dedicated to fostering an environment where our employees can thrive both personally and professionally!
